New Year Packages

Enjoy a two or three night break at Barony Castle Hotel this New Year with a gala dinner to ring in the bells and delicious dining throughout.

If you’re enjoying a three night stay with us, arrive from 3pm and settle in to your room before the evening starts with a glass of Prosecco and four course dinner followed by live entertainment from local band Sparky & The Choir Boys. Start the day right with a traditional Scottish breakfast the next morning.

For those staying one or two nights, make a grand entrance with a Piper on arrival from 3pm and enjoy afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco. Then get ready for the big night…

The evening starts with an arrival drink of Prosecco before the Hogmanay Gala Ball commences with a four course menu and live music from the band Wireless. Ring in the bells with a toast drink and traditional piper before hot stovies are served. Dress code is black tie/formal.

Our award winning chefs will be cooking to order at front of house with a delicious selection of pancakes and omelets. Then why not have a wander around the grounds, take a dip in the pool or work off the previous night’s excesses in the gym. Finish the day with a carvery dinner then sit back and relax with local singer Joe Madden.
