Best Bar None is a unique National Award Scheme aimed at raising standards and rewarding licensed premises who undertake positive management practices. Representatives from 18 licensed premises picked up Best Bar None Scotland awards at a ceremony in the Buccleuch Arms Hotel in St Boswells.
