For the third year running, Barony Castle is delighted to have retained its AA 4* status as well as the AA Rosette for culinary excellence.

The AA Inspector commented:-

The team showed warm and genuine hospitality from the point of the arrival to the time it was sadly to leave. Over the past couple of years the hospitality from the team along with the customer care awareness shown has been a definite strength.

Over the past few years and amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Barony Castle has introduced a new pay structure working towards providing all staff with the National Living Wage or higher.  We are proud to have retained such a loyal team and place the highest value on all our staff.  This award is a credit to their hard work and excellent customer care.

Steven Colquhoun, Group Operations Manager, commented:-

It is a true testament to the Team and recognises the effort and professionalism they have shown throughout these very trying times.

Susan Allan, Sales and Marketing Director, commented:-

The whole team has worked hard to not only retain this industry leading award but improve service and value for money which many loyal guests appreciate. Times are very hard for hospitality with pressures on staff, costs and the availability of many products so retaining guests is a priority for us all.

David Fulton, Head Chef, commented:-

As with all the other Heads of Departments it has been a pleasure to work with all team members, promote local produce and design innovative menus for our guests.

To celebrate this latest achievement, Barony Castle will be offering residents in the local area an exclusive offer in the near future.  More details available at www.baronycastle.com shortly.
