To redeem a Voucher Stay purchased in our shop, please use the appropriate booking link below.
HOW TO BOOK
Please select the correct link below based on what type of voucher you have.
Select your stay dates and proceed to checkout.
Extras can be added at checkout including pets and children (up to age 15).
A credit card is required during checkout; this will not be charged until your arrival.
The total on checkout will show INCLUDING the value of your voucher and the voucher amount will be deducted on confirmation of your booking.
Please remember to enter your voucher code when prompted – your booking may not be accepted without this and you will be liable for the full cost of your stay if the code is incorrect or cannot be validated.
THE SMALL PRINT
Based on 2 sharing a Classic Double or Twin room.
Dinner is a £32 allowance from the A La Carte menu.
Friday supplement of £10 applies.
Saturday supplement of £20 applies.
Valid for stay dates up until 21st December 2022.
Selected stay dates subject to availability & exclusion dates apply (August and Bank Holidays are not included).
Vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Only bookable with a valid voucher code on a one-time use basis.
Upgrades available:
Deluxe Room: £40 per night
Junior Suite (Tweedale/Darnhall/Lady Marie): £65.00 per night
Suite (Eddleston/Kelly/Dean View): £125.00 per night
Family Rooms:
Infants up to 3 years old stay free of charge (please contact us if you require a cot in the room).
Children aged between 3 and 15 years old are charged at £15 per child (Bed & Breakfast basis). Dinner, Bed & Breakfast is charged at £25 per child (per night) when meal is taken from the Children’s Menu.
Maximum occupancy in a Family Room is 3 (either 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children (up to 15 years old)).
Pet Friendly Rooms:
A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed in designated pet rooms only which are subject to availability. A supplement of £15.00 per dog per stay applies.
