To redeem a Voucher Stay purchased in our shop, please use the booking link below.
HOW TO BOOK
Select your stay dates and proceed to checkout.
Extras can be added at checkout including pets and children (up to age 15).
A credit card is required during checkout; this will not be charged until your arrival.
The total on checkout will show INCLUDING the value of your voucher and the voucher amount will be deducted on confirmation of your booking.
Please remember to enter your voucher code when prompted – your booking may not be accepted without this and you will be liable for the full cost of your stay if the code is incorrect or cannot be validated.
THE SMALL PRINT
Based on 2 people sharing.
Friday & Saturday night supplements of £25 per room per night applies.
Valid for stay dates up until 31st March 2025.
Selected stay dates subject to availability & exclusion dates apply (Bank Holidays are not included).
Bookings are pre-paid and non-refundable.
Transfers allowed if outwith 72 hours of stay date.
Vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Only bookable with a valid voucher code on a one-time use basis.
Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Upgrades:
Deluxe Double/Twin: £40 per night
Junior Suite (Lady Marie, Tweeddale) – £65 per night
Darnhall Suite – £100 per night
Superior Suite (Deanview, Kelly & Eddleston) – £150 per night
Please note upgrade charges are subject to change and availability at time of booking
Family Rooms:
Infants up to 3 years old stay free of charge (please contact us if you require a cot in the room).
Children aged between 3 and 15 years old are charged at £15 per child (Bed & Breakfast basis).
Maximum occupancy in a Family Room is 3 (either 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children (up to 15 years old)).
Pet Friendly Rooms:
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in designated pet rooms only which are subject to availability. A supplement of £15 per dog per stay applies.
