STARTERS

Homemade duck liver and port parfait, orange and rocket salad, toasted brioche, red onion marmalade

Chef’s seasonal soup of the day with a warm bread roll (g)

Goats cheese, fig and red onion tart

MAINS

Sirloin Steak on a Stone (supplement £5.50)

Pan fried fillet of sea bream, medley of Parisian potatoes, chorizo, chick peas & tomatoes, white wine and cream

Breast of chicken wrapped in streaky bacon presented with Haggis bon bon, thyme roasted baby potatoes and bashed turnip, malt whisky sauce

Thai green vegetable curry with saffron infused rice
