Chef’s seasonal soup of the day served with a warm bread roll

Chilled fantail of honeydew melon, strawberries and Irn Bru sorbet

Chicken liver pate, crisp salad, onion chutney and toasted brioche

Prawn Marie Rose, buttered brown bread

Chef’s roast of the day, golden Yorkshire puddings, crisp garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy

Chicken Balmoral, creamed mash potatoes, broccoli florets and whisky sauce

Honey, garlic and dill coated fillet of salmon, tossed salad, buttered new potatoes

Butternut squash, spinach and toasted pine nut risotto finished with truffle oil
