Our À La Carte menu is available in ‘1536’ Restaurant from 18:00 every day


Selection of warm bread and rolls served with olive oil, balsamic and seasoning (v)

Smoked trout, beetroot panna cotta, micro herbs, lemon and pecan nut vinaigrette

Pan fried breast of Woodpigeon, pearl barley risotto, buttered wild mushrooms

Deconstructed Cullen skink


Beef Wellington- tender Scotch beef fillet & duxelle of mushrooms encased in golden puff pastry served with truffle infused mash potatoes and crisp green kale finished with a red wine jus

Parmesan crusted loin of Tweed valley venison, butternut squash, truffle mash, kale and a Madeira sauce

Prawn and crab ravioli tossed in a lemon and dill cream

Butternut squash, pine nut and spinach risotto, parmesan shavings
