Having been in hospitality from an early age and having a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, David was asked to represent the Barony Castle at the DYWF Modern Apprenticeship Roadshow at Peebles High School to inform potential school leavers of other career avenues though modern apprenticeships.
David having completed a modern apprenticeship in professional cookery himself and completing a HND in hospitality management is now training to be the Food and Beverage Manager here at Barony!
