We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Sales & Marketing team as Wedding & Events Co-ordinator.  In this role you will be expected to both maximise sales and work closely with the operations team to deliver an outstanding service to our guests.

Attention to detail, a focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic are all essential.  The Wedding & Events Co-ordinator must be able to demonstrate a friendly and professional approach as well as immaculate presentation standards and strong attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • To effectively handle and convert wedding and event enquiriesfrom initial stages through to final details and running the events.
  • Ensure a clear and accurate communication of client requirementsto the Operational team through meetings and email, whilst remaining overall responsible for each event.
  • Delivery of hotel budgets and targets.

You will:

  • Be committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Enjoy working and dealing with the public and being part of a team.
  • Be confident, pleasant and an excellent articulate communicator; able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Be efficient, organised, self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Have a good personal standard projecting a professional image at all times.
  • Be competent with basic Microsoft packages.
